The lobby is very grand with high ceilings and arched stained glass windows. The walls are partly covered with a landscaped mural and there is a beautiful marble open fireplace. There is plenty of comfortable seating in this area and afternoon tea is served here.

The restaurant is on the ground floor and features a marvellous Stucco ceiling. Both the dining room and the bar are very elegant, traditional rooms. This is a traditional Edwardian Hotel, built in 1835. The rooms are medium in size decorated in an elegant and traditional style with chintz fabrics and dark wood furniture. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms are in reasonable condition. The hotel is located in the heart of the West End just off Oxford Street with all forms of public transport within two minutes walk. It is ideal for shopping, and most of London's attractions can easily be explored on foot. A beautiful and quite unique hotel with a warm, very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
